For the Marzipan 110 g or 1 big cup of almond powder 110 g or ½ cup of granulated sugar 140 g or 1 and ¼ cup of powdered sugar 1 egg white And 75 ml or 5 tablespoons of water For the coating 100 g or 23 cup of dark chocolate

50 g or a little less than ½ cup of powdered sugar 30 g or 18 cup of butter And 2 tablespoons of water Now let's do it Add in a pan the water And the granulated sugar Heat it on a low setting while stirring When it boils
